in my free time, i like swimming with my friends, this sport is very completed because you move all your body. but also i practiced other sport, for example the footing and ride horses with my sister. in winter we can't practiced his sport because weather is very bad and every day it raining.So I go to the gym to be kept fit four days a week.the physical activities has numerous compensations, between them the reduction of the risk of suffering certain diseases and affections, and the improvement of the mental health.If your you play sports you will feel much better.
