Tiempos Verbales en Inglés

Presente Simple

Estructura: Sujeto + verbo (en infinitivo sin 'to' para I/you/we/they, añadiendo '-s' o '-es' para he/she/it) + complemento.

Ejemplo:

• Kate practices basketball. (Kate practica baloncesto).
• Kate doesn't do... (Kate no hace...).

Pasado Simple

Se utiliza 'did' (para preguntas) y 'didn't' (para negaciones) como auxiliares. El verbo principal va en infinitivo.

Presente Continuo

Se forma con el verbo 'to be' (am, is, are) + verbo principal terminado en '-ing'.

Pasado Continuo

Se forma con el verbo 'to be' en pasado (was, were) + verbo principal terminado en '-ing'.

Presente Perfecto

Se forma con el verbo auxiliar 'have' o 'has' + participio pasado del verbo principal (generalmente terminado en '-ed', pero hay verbos irregulares).

Pasado Perfecto

Se forma con el verbo auxiliar 'had' + participio pasado del verbo principal.

Futuro Simple (Will)

Se forma con el auxiliar 'will' + verbo en infinitivo. (Nota: La forma original menciona "will y ed", lo cual es incorrecto. Se usa el infinitivo después de 'will').
