I going to talk about health and fitness.
To have a good health you have to eat healthy food and do sports activities.
Exercise helps your body to grow strong. Caring for yourself will keep you fit and healthy.
To keep healthy you also have to do physical exercises, for example you can go to a gym and meet new people or if you prefer be alone you can stay at home and use a static bicycle.
It's necessary for your health to eat five fruits at day. Also you have to eat more vegetables and you have to try not to eat a lot of meat. You have to avoid eating fast food.
